PHP Developer

Job Description

PHP Development House is looking for a Dyanmic PHP Developer to their team

Key Accountabilities

The incumbent should be professional and innovative and able to deliver quality at a high level. The position requires the individual to work closely with the IT Director and the customer service teams in ensuring our proprietary software exceeds our blue chip client’s expectations.

The position supports a customer focused team in their daily delivery of motivational reward, recognition and Incentive based on-line reward programmes.

Key Competencies - PHP Experience

• 5+ years coding

• Current experience with PHP 5.3

• Experience with PHP modules adodb

• Experience with XML and web services within PHP

• Experience with login secured websites

• Experience with using php/java bridge library

PostgreSQL Experience

• 5+ years experience with a server based relational database (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL. Microsoft Access does not count)

• 3+ years experience with PostgreSQL coding

• Current experience with PostgreSQL 8.3

• Good working knowledge of functions and triggers in PostgreSQL

Reporting Experience

• Jasper reports designer – iReport
