• Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Warehousing Management
• Minimum 5 years in an FMCG environment in a senior/managerial capacity.
• Budgetary and financial skills.
• Employee Relations and Conflict Management skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures, Requirements and Legislation.
• Above average interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a large team.
• Ability to schedule tasks and prioritize actions.
