Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Fleet coordinator to be based at their depot in Cape Town. Applicants must have high attention to detail, able to meet deadlines and have high energy levels

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control activities related to the procurement, servicing, operation, maintenance and repair of vehicles.

• Co-Ordinate fleet and drivers

• Ensure all drivers have valid SA drivers licenses

• Truck licensing and registrations

• Act on daily inspection reports

• Conduct safety meetings

• Manage Fuel System Administration

• Oversee proper use of fuel cards

• Train, reprimand, hire, and terminate employees

• Responsible for fleet and employee safety

• Develop and maintain an accurate record keeping system

Minimum Requirements

• Matric

• Diploma in logistics or similar

• 5 years’ experience in similar field
