Our client based in Zambia is looking for HR Systems Manager to maintain payroll data and parameters in line with legislation.
•Appropriate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Financial Accounting
•Formal Supervisory / Management training
•An appropriate Human Resources Honours degree
•Management development programme
•3 years’ experience in General HR administration services and remuneration and benefits management
• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in the HR function.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Maintain payroll data and parameters in line with legislation, substantive agreements and agreed upon parameters to ensure accurate and timely payment of SZ employees
?Coordinate accurate and timely reconciliation of payroll transactions immediately after pay day
?Administer and maintain accurate and updated time data for all employees to ensure optimum interface with SAP payroll
?Management of SZ payroll costs efficiently and effectively in line with budgetary constraints.
