Job Description

One of our Distribution Clients in the fmcg industry is looking to hire a Junior Buyer to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management

• 3 years’ experience within an fmcg environment

• 2 years’ procurement experience


• Capturing of all supplier information

• Matching orders with requests

• Request order authorization from Operations Manager before ordering material

• Source new suppliers

• Review suppliers and compare costs

• Assist with queries on raw materials

• Assist with monthly stock takes
