Job Description

Exciting opportunity available for a Senior Engineer to act as Office Manager (Building Services), based in Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc. / B.Eng. Degree

PrEng essential

Minimum of 15 years experience in construction environment, with at least 5 years performing duties as a senior manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Day to day internal office management

Overall responsibility of performance of the Building Services Office

Marketing and Business Development which would include attending business relataing networking functions, client functions, etc.

Preparation of bids and tenders for new work (scope, fees, discounts).

Review of service contracts.

Establishing, managing and delivering on office budgets and financials.

Overall management of staff.
