Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Transport Administration Controller to join their team in Gauteng, the candidate needs to be result and deadline driven

Role Responsibilities

• Fleet administrative costs management functions

• Keep all documents up to date pertaining to the fleet

• Manage all activities relating to the administration function of the site

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on fuel usage, advise management on misuse

• Managing the Vehicle licensing, insurance and maintenance repairs schedules

• Vehicle tracking administration

• Liaise with customers and create and maintain relationships

• Set up goals and deadlines for the department

• Ensure that all communication regarding productivity is communicated timeously to the warehouse manager

Minimum Requirements

• Matric

• 3-5 years’ Administration experience in Transport Logistics

• MS Office

• Accpac

• Knowledge of Transport related Legislations
